Distro package reports could be based on an internal tool I (bobg) wrote. It lets you search for packages based on much of the metadata included in the package (name, version, category, arch, etc). It can be used to:

• report what packages changed between distro versions
• find what distros contain a specific package
• find packages within distro by category and description
