Description
from cat-xeger on IRC:
all of the files under /usr/local/share/fossology/www are owned by root:staff, and the ui directory is setgid
The files should be owned by user fossy. And I don't know why we need setgid.

Vincent needs to address this in our packages. But, it also needs to be corrected in the source install - Can you do that Mark?

I checked all the files under /usr/local/share/fossology/www should not owned by user fossy, why we make these changes?

I may not be understanding your comment, but the fossy system user should own the fossology files, not root. Just like the postgres system user owns the postgres files, www-data owns files for the web server, ...
