Description
this is similar to http://www.fossology.org/issues/213. It has been observed in the fluffy cluster where the same file fails to upload 3 times, even tho there is no errors issued and unpack/adj2nest are called to operate on a non-existent upload.

Although this is an annoying bug, it will not be addressed till after 2.0 as it does not cause failures/crashes/inaccurate results. It will be noted in the 2.0 release notes.
