This bug was reported via email by Harald Zech:

There is only one entry regarding email in the logfile:
2012-08-14 11:10:56 scheduler [27114] :: WARNING database.c.601: email notification setting key "email_subject" missing. Using default subject

This is obviously a bug. database.c looks for the key ‘email_subject’ in section [EMAILNOTIFY], but in fossology.conf this key is named ‘subject’
