Description

tested with svn 6090, delagent is not deleting an uploads uploadtree records or copyright records. There may be more bugs, one needs to check.

Fixed in svn6165.

Test cases to verify this bug:
1. upload one package and add copyright agent
2. When finished, run delagent on this upload
3. Check the database if uploadtree records and copyright records of this upload deleted by delagent
