Description

The database and repo should not have any system dependencies on anything outside the sandbox.

Marking this item as "done". There are no tests written for the test database creator, but I think that given our other high priority test gaps, tests for the tests rank somewhat lower and can be addressed at a later time.

The test database creator lives in trunk/fossology/src/testing/db/create_test_database.php. The test database cleanup script lives in trunk/fossology/src/testing/db/cleanup_test_database.php
