Description
http://osrb.usa.hp.com/incoming/ubuntu.tar.gz fails to unpack on fo.usa. OSRB # 13078
History
Updated by Bob Gobeille about 1 year ago
One problem identified in this distro are test files with unprintable characters in the ufile_name. The logic in ununpack seems to correctly handle these with Postgresql 8.4 but not 8.3. 8.3 is running on fo.usa where the failure is occurring. I'm adding a kludge (replace unprintable characters with '~' in svn 5877

also escape quotes and slashes (svn 5879).

- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
This, along with fixing some memory leaks looks like it has fixed the problem. unpack, adj2nest, copyright have all completed successfully on fo.usa. Other agents are currently running.
