Description

The scheduler job completion email has garbage in it. See screen shot.

<sutula> The e-mail fossology sends includes a URL of this form:
<sutula> http://fossology.usa.hp.com/?mod=browse&upload=1119&show=detail

The problem with this is the micromenus are missing. For this email to be useful, Bryan needs a URL that gives him access to the "License Browser" and "Bucket Browser" micromenus. Like this:
http://fossology.usa.hp.com/?mod=browse&upload=1119&folder=419&item=562697195&show=detail
