Description

Using svn 5734, on randotest.ostt, the file zlibLicense-1.2.2-2004-Oct-03 was uploaded from file. The bucket, copyright, nomos and pkgagent agents were scheduled. When the file is viewed, there is no bucket browser mini menu. See attached screen shots.

To recreate:

1. Upload file, schedule buckets, copyright, nomos and pkgagent.
2. Browse file when processing is done. There should be no mini menu for buckets.
