I was not able to move an upload into the Software Repository folder AND no error is displayed when I attempt to do this.
I can, however, move an upload into sub-folders of Software Repository. A confirmation message is displayed.

Are we certain this is a bug?

mary, I can not reproduce this problem, how did you test this issue? svn number?
I can move uploads from other folder to into the Software Repository folder.

if you still can reproduce this issue with the latest code, please tell me your hostname/IP, I will log into your test machine to check.

I can't reproduce this either. I have no problems moving uploads from and to the top level Software Repository folder.

I verified that I can't reproduce the problem on svn 6306 so I'm closing this issue.
