checkboxes disappear when file not found on upload from server.

Description

Using svn 5519 on randotest.ostt, a non-existent file was attempted to be uploaded from server. The correct error was produced but some checkboxes disappeared when the error was displayed. See the screen shots.

The defect is related to what is checked. Only a checked box will reappear on the error. For example, if only nomos were checked, then when the error occurs that page will be displayed with only nomos as the only agent that can be scheduled. By selecting upload from server from the top menu, all the boxes are restored. As a result, I'll make this a lower priority.

So far I have only been able to make this appear with upload from server.

after you click on 'Upload', only Selected checkboxes still appear.

Reopening because it is not clear that the tester verified that not only were all the checkbox items displayed but that they were checked the same as before the error.

Also verify that this is not a problem with upload from file and upload from URL or anywhere else in the UI

I just tested this on upload from file and upload from url. Checkboxes are retained in both.

If you give upload from url a bogus url, the status message comes back as uploaded. But this is another problem so I'm closing this one.
